She managed talent acquisition teams for a leading global banking and financial services entity and held lead executive search and recruitment roles in other industries including technology, consumer and healthcare. Her consultancy background includes career transition solutions for a major outplacement firm. A Masters of Arts in Human Resources Management complements Celia’s practical experience.
